HOA Management
In 2006, we began managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) within the city and county of Florence. We specialize in managing all types of HOAs from planned unit developments (PUDs) to Horizontal Property Regimes (Condos) to communities governed by Covenants and Restrictions.
Elijah Jones and Sandra Varner primarily work with HOA management, but anyone in the office would be more than happy to assist you regarding any questions you have. Currently, we manage 15 Homeowners Associations within Florence county totaling over 500 units.
