Elijah Jones

Elijah T. Jones

Position:  Operating Officer/Property-Manager-in-Charge (PMIC)
               Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)
Employed Since: June, 1999

Elijah is one that some will never encounter during their residency with SonShine Management. He handles unique situations that effect residents. If you, as a resident, ever have any concerns or suggestions regarding your communities, please contact him either by telephone or email. He would appreciate the opportunity to address whatever issue you bring to his attention.

Elijah is also a contact for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) management. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), a nationally acclaimed resource for all aspects of HOA management. For any questions regarding our HOA management program, please contact him.

Elijah is also involved with the South Carolina Chapter of CAI (www.cai-sc.net) as the editor of their chapter magazine, Palmetto Communities, and as a member of its Board of Directors.


Paul Jenkins

Paul Jenkins

Position: Property/Operations/Maintenance Manager
Employed Since: May, 2002

Paul began working at SonShine Management as our Operations Manager when he joined our company in 2002. Mr. Jenkins handles the majority of resident issues arising throughout the course of one's tenancy. He also takes care of the majority of maintenance needs which we are notified of at the properties that we manage. Mr. Jenkins is licensed by the state of South Carolina as a Property Manager. This licensing allows him to maintain resident relations in accordance with all provisions of the state law.


Rebecca Allen

Rebecca had extensive knowledge in real estate prior to joining our company. She had never worked in a community or property management office though. She works primarily with the community associations that our company manages, but is able to address a variety of concerns related to property management as well.
