Stephanie began a new career in property management when she joined our company in May of 2005. Mrs. Clark will be your primary point of contact as you enter the office to view rental units or as you enter the office to make a payment or discuss rental procedures.

Paul began working at USRE/SMS as our Operations Manager when he joined our company in 2002. Mr. Jenkins handles the majority of resident issues arising throughout the course of one's tenancy. He also takes care of the majority of maintenance needs which we are notified of at the properties that we manage. Mr. Jenkins is licensed by the state of South Carolina as a Property Manager. This licensing allows him to maintain resident relations in accordance with all provisions of the state law.

Elijah is one that some will never encounter during their residency with USRE/SMS. He handles unique situations that effect residents. Elijah is also the primary contact for Homeowners Assocation (HOA) management. He is a member of Community Associtions Institute, a nationally acclaimed resource for all aspects of HOA management. For any questions regarding our HOA management program, please contact him.

Jeanne has a broker’s license and a builder’s license and is currently developing a subdivision in the south Florence area. She has 35 years of real estate experience which includes sales, residential management, homeowner association management, construction, and developing. Jeanne has aided in the development of our HOA management program. Although she is not employed by our company, Jeanne has been an asset to our company in more ways than one.
