In 2006, we began managing homeowners associations (HOAs) within the city and county of Florence. We specialize in managing all types of HOAs from planned unit developments (PUDs) to Horizontal Property Regimes (Condos) to communities governed by Covenants and Restrictions.

Elijah Jones and Rebecca Allen primarily work with HOA management, but anyone in the office would be more than happy to assist you regarding any questions that you have. Currently, we manage nine HOAs within Florence county totaling almost 200 units.
